What is PETS ONLINE’s refund policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept any refund. However, we would make an exchange if the product is deemed to be defective by our team.
We can only accept exchange/return due to supplier/manufacturers defects within 7 days upon delivery.
There is strictly no refund here will be a recollection fee imposed ($10) for every delivery address. If and when the refund is granted, we will immediately process the refund.
If your payment method is by:
- PayPal: If you’ve paid for your order using PayPal, you will receive your refund via the card linked to PayPal. An email confirmation of the refund will be sent and it will take around 5-7 working days to be processed.
- Bank Transfer: If you’ve paid for your order using Bank Transfer, Paylah, Paynow , please let us know the bank account number, name as in bank and bank account type to do the refund to.
